With clean, dry hands apply a pea to blueberry size amount of Omega Cleansing Balm to dry skin and massage in for 60 seconds. Drape a warm, damp washcloth over face and let sit for 10-30 seconds, then gently remove excess cleanser with cloth.
Spritz or pat 3-7 sprays of Barrier Protection Essence onto skin.
When skin is damp/tacky (or still wet if oilier skin type), apply a pea-size amount of “Ground Control” Barrier Repair Cream.
Optional: Add 3-5 drops of High Linoleic Acid Face Oil to skin and gently press into skin.
